Alarm & Event Managment

Transmit the data directly to the person most able to answer

It sounds simple. But ensuring that critical alerts from equipment and systems are transmitted directly to technician terminals requires expertise as well as hardware and software.

Fortunately, Ascom offers all three and prides itself on years of experience designing solutions for hotels of all types and sizes.

Alerts related to certain systems and equipment (air conditioning, elevators, smoke detectors, temperature-related alarms, etc.) are sent directly to the affected recipients.

If they do not respond or are unable to respond, the alert is transmitted to other people in a predetermined chain.

Integration is crucial for Ascom solutions for hotels.

Our technical and building management alerts work almost like any existing communication infrastructure and third-party systems (DECT, DECT-IP, WiFi, VoWiFi, etc.).

In a few words

  • Alarm notifications are sent directly to the mobile terminals of key recipients.
  • Alerts are discreet, with minimal disruption to staff and customers
  • The alarms are transmitted according to a predetermined organization.
  • Alerts left unanswered after a certain period of time are automatically forwarded to the next qualified recipient
  • Ascom solutions are scalable and open.
  • They integrate with existing systems and infrastructure and can be adapted to meet the changing needs of your hotel
  • Ascom is a comprehensive solution provider: we take care of the initial site assessment, system installation and ongoing service and maintenance.
