The Ascom 980 series of paging receiver is a central part of the Ascom on-site paging 900 and personal security system.  It is available in either UHF (U980)  or VHF (V980) frequency ranges.  The receivers are housed in die-cast aluminium cases combining excellent shielding and cooling properties with high mechanical strength.
